RETURNS

Not quite happy with your received items? No problem! You have 14 days to return them (from the date you received them) - just send us an e-mail (info@henryrude.com) and let us know your order nr and what items you would like to return. We’ll send you the adress of where to send back the items.

Please note we can only transfer the money back once we have received the item, so a tracked shipping option is recommended! Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we have transfered the money it can take up to 7 days before you’ll see the money in your account, since it goes via our card payment platform.

If sending from a non European Union-country, please mark your parcel with RETURNED GOODS, clearly visible.


RESTOCK

We often get questions about when we’ll restock certain products. Most clothes are only produced once and won’t be restocked. Some of our bags will be restocked, and as long as you’ll see them up in our webshop we expect to have them back in stock at some point. The easiest ways to stay updated are:
1. Follow us on instagram where we usually post before any big new drops or restocks

2. Subscribe to our newsletter

3. Sign up for restock notifications on the product site of your desired item


STUDIO/STORE

As you might know, we also have a physical store in Malmö. A lot of the things you see online can be found there aswell, but some things are unique and sold only online or only in the store. We keep the stock for the webshop and the physical store separated, and if something is sold out online, we do not send items from the physical store. If you want to know if we have a specific item in stock at the store, send us an e-mail!
